Mr. Amato has over 25 years experience in real estate due diligence, property diagnostic reviews and strategic market research associated primarily with office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and manufactured housing.

Benjamin J. Slagter, MAI



Mr. Slagter has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal. Though he has considerable experience in appraising all major asset types, he specializes in appraising multifamily properties. In fact, over the past five years, he has appraised more than 250 multifamily developments across the U.S.​
